tried to clear key cards/fobs on 2007 mazda cx7  with 908Pand program in one new and one used

went as far as input vin and dropped out to black screen then back to the diog screen with all the brands

Did I do something wrong or does this just not work anymore

sub ended aug 2016,any body able to do this

I entered  PATS every which way I could but kept dropping out
